Agreement signed with the People’s Friendship University, Moscow

Development and Promotion of Humanitarian Relations An agreement was signed recently, by the Dr Saman Weerasinghe Foundation and the People’s Friendship University, Moscow for the development and promotion of cultural and humanitarian disciplines in Sri Lanka. A delegation from the People’s Friendship University, recently met with Dr Saman Weerasinghe at the Russian Cultural Center in Colombo, to finalise the agreement. This agreement will afford the opportunity, to promote cultural and humanitarian relations, including the exchange of students, between Russia and Sri Lanka..
