The 48th Esala Festival of the historic Seenigama Devol Devale in Hikkaduwa was held on the 9th of August 2015 with the inauguration of electric power supply to the Devale as the highlight of the festival. Dr. Saman Weerasinghe foundation sponsored the occasion.
