Dr Saman Weerasinge organized full day religious program in memory of his late parents Allan and Sirisena Weerasinghe and late sister Dr. Priyadarshani Weerasinghe on 11th August 2018 at Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya.
The program was followed by Heel Danaya, Dawal Danaya, Offering gift vouchers for 100 Students who are studying at Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya Sunday school and Evening Bodhi Puja. The programme was organized under the supervision of the Chief Incumbent of the Kelaniya Raja Maha Vihara, Prof. Ven. Kollupitiye Mahinda Sangarakitha Thera. More than forty priests were participated for this memorial religious event including the Chief Incumbent of the Ruwanweliseya Ven. Pallegama Hemarathana Thera.
