To mark 60th birthday, Dr Saman Weerasinghe former Sri Lankan Ambassador to the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya gifted a “ Gold Umbrella” which is also called as the “ Chantra” to the Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya yesterday, 17th October 2021. The Chief Incumbent of Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya, Professor Kollupitiye Mahinda Sangharakkhitha Thera also presented at this auspicious ceremony.
