Celebrated 55 Years of the Association of Sri Lankan Graduates from Socialist Countries (ASLGSC)

The Russian House in Colombo celebrated 55 Years of the Association of Sri Lankan Graduates from Socialist Countries (ASLGSC) on 17th December, 2021. The event was graced by the presence of H. E. Yuri Materiy, Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Sri Lanka; officials of the Russian Embassy in Sri Lanka; Most. Ven. Prof. Pallekande Rathanasara Thero, acting Mahanayaka Thero of Amarapura Nikaya and Vice President of the Sri Lanka Russia Friendship Society; Hon. Dr. Susil Premajayantha, State Minister of Education Reforms, Promotion of Open Universities and Distance Learning and President of the Sri Lanka Russia Friendship Society; Dr. Saman Weerasinghe, Adviser to the Prime minister of Sri Lanka, former Ambassador of Sri Lanka in the Russian Federation and General Secretary of the Sri Lanka Russia Friendship Society; Dr. Anil Jasinghe, Secretary to the Ministry of Environment of Sri Lanka, President of the Association of Sri Lankan Graduates from Socialist Countries, H.
